Pricing
$2.49/lb with a 20 lb minimum billable weight per pickup, plus $9.95 pickup + return delivery. Choose Pay As You Go, Neighborhood Discount Day (10% off on your area’s day), Monthly Prepaid (15% off) or Annual Prepaid (20% off); discounts don’t stack. You see an itemised Estimated Total before booking; any increase after weighing needs your approval.
Care standards
Pockets checked at booking, garments with care labels respected, and special-care items declared separately so they are never processed as standard laundry.

Neighborhood Discount Day applies on your area’s designated day only. Monthly Prepaid: twice a calendar month, every 2 weeks, or 1–7 pickups a week. Annual Prepaid: 1–7 pickups a week for 12 months. Discounts never stack. Prepaid plans need plan terms before any payment. Orders of 100 lb or more get a quick capacity review. No routine extras
- Included: standard detergent, ordinary folding, basic packaging and routine handling.
- Extra charges apply only for specialty treatment, additional pickup or delivery services, separately priced specialty items, or applicable luxury handling.
- Specialty stain treatment, separate loads needing special handling, additional stops and unusually oversized items are quoted and approved by you before service.
- No automatic missed-pickup penalty and no routine detergent, folding or handling fee. You are never charged twice for something already included.
